[OIT] Your mail is not going through ?

A lot of strange things could potentially cause mail not to work
properly.

To list a few recent problems I have seen:

	1. brown-outs (A Major problem on campus this summer/fall )
	2. lightning strikes (This also happen a lot). 
	3. bad network switches (Normally die to the above).
	4. bad cables 
	5. viruses (mostly a Windows problem)
	6. dirty databases (may cause mail to be delivered in the wrong
	place)

You can always do a bbc to yourself to confirm the message was sent.

> None, I repeat, none of the kids got those e-mails.  Any idea what the
