Want to configure Mulberry so it launches when you click on mailto URLs in
your web browser (instructions for Internet Explorer only)? This will give
you the ability to click on an email link that you see on a website and
automatically open Mulberry instead of another email program on your
computer.
Here's how:
On Mac OS 9:
Internet Explorer
1) Click on the Apple Logo on the left-hand side of the screen.
2) Go to Control Panels and select Internet.
3) Select the E-Mail Tab.
4) In the Dropdown box labeled Default E-Mail Application, choose Select.
5) Search for Mulberry on your computer. When you find it, highlight it
and click Select.
6) Go to File and choose Save Settings.
7) Mulberry should now be the default mailto URL handler on Internet
Explorer.
On Windows:
Internet Explorer
1) Start Internet Explorer.
2) Go to 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'.
3) Click the 'Programs' tab.
4) Select 'Mulberry' from the 'E-Mail' popup.
5) Click OK.
6) Internet Explorer should now use Mulberry whenever a mailto URL is
clicked.
